“Message to Me” is one of my most personal songs.
It’s a conversation between who I was at 16, who I became at 21, and the man I hope to be at 60.
This song touches on growing up without a father, battling pain, trauma, addiction, and suicidal thoughts… and learning how to survive through it all.
It’s about breaking cycles, forgiving yourself, prioritizing your mental health, and becoming the person you needed when you were younger.
This isn’t just music… it’s a message I wish I could’ve heard.
